Banking and investment professional with extensive experience in all aspects of investment cycle, including structuring and establishing private equity funds, project finance, term loans, structuring and executing private equity investments, investment monitoring and management, M&A advisory, IPOs and other capital market issues and sell side advisory experience. 21 years of private equity and investment banking experience in Turkey and GCC.

Currently Mr. Okan Altasli is the Regional Offices Director, responsible for 7 regional offices of ICD spanning the whole MENA, Subsaharan Africa, CIS, Turkey and Southeast Asia in charge of a team of 18 officers. In this role, responsible for business development and monitoring of ICD’s portfolio except for GCC markets. Member of Credit Committee and Management Committees.
